Getting Started:

I will develop a complete program for your company that meets all current DOSH ACRU requirements and guide you through the entire application process. My service includes preparing the required documentation, assembling the application package, and assisting with communication with the DOSH ACRU unit until your application is approved.

There are no additional time charges unless your company has current or past OSHA, CalEPA, AQMD, or APCD citations, or if delays on your part exceed 90 days. In those cases, any additional work will be billed only with your pre‑approved authorization.
To complete your application, you will need to demonstrate management experience, provide proof of employee training, medical insurance, required licenses, and an equipment list. I will help you complete all items on the DOSH checklist that require your signature. I will also prepare the electronic copies DOSH requires to accompany your paper application.

DOSH requires several supporting documents, including:
  • A sample contract
  • Your asbestos job estimate sheet
  • Company letterhead
  • Proof of U.S. citizenship
  • Insurance certificates
  • Other business documentation

I will provide the full DOSH ACRU application binder, tabbed sections, and all required programs, including contamination prevention, asbestos SOPs, air monitoring, medical monitoring, and respirator programs (all items in Part V). I will remain available to assist you with DOSH communication until your application is fully approved.

The flat rate for this service is $3,500, payable in advance.
You will need to attach:
  • Your IIPP Table of Contents
  • Your employee discipline program for safety and health violations
  • Your management job‑inspection procedures and documentation requirements
Written records of management inspections must be maintained. I will return your application package with Part V completed. If you do not have a current Illness and Injury Prevention Program, I can assist you in preparing the portion required by DOSH ACRU.

Once you add your forms and remaining documents, you will return the package to me for a final review. I will then prepare it in the exact format DOSH requires and submit it to the ACRU unit. I will continue to support you throughout the remainder of the approval process.

You will also need to:
  • Complete all DOSH application forms
  • Provide a written description of your experience
  • Explain why you are qualified to perform asbestos abatement work
  • Submit worker certifications, insurance certificates, proof of U.S. citizenship, and other business documents
  • Qualify for the CSLB C‑22 Asbestos Abatement License or the Bituminous Roofing Products Limited License
  • Sign a statement agreeing to use and enforce the SOP

All required items must be completed within 60 days to avoid additional charges. If the package is not returned within 60 days and must be recreated due to changes in state requirements or your company information, a minimum $350 fee applies. Packages not returned within 90 days are considered abandoned.
After DOSH approval, you will have one year of access to the
DNA Asbestos-Related Work Form roster management website. The site provides downloadable forms, including an air‑monitoring form that performs calculations automatically. If you continue as a client, you may renew access annually. The system tracks worker rosters and training certificates and provides you with your own username and password. After the first year, the annual fee for roster services is $450.
